I am a human services leader and organizational strategist with more than a decade of experience designing programs, strengthening operations, and advising grant‑funded initiatives. I help mission‑driven organizations turn ideas into structured, sustainable programs by building people‑centered systems, clear workflows, and high‑performing teams.

My work has allowed me to consult nationally with nonprofits, public agencies, and community‑based organizations, supporting them in program design, leadership development, and organizational capacity building. I also serve as a Senior Lecturer in Human Services, where I teach and think deeply about systems, equity, and the conditions that help teams and communities thrive.
