I'm a human services leader and organizational strategist with over a decade of experience designing programs, strengthening operations, and advising grant-funded initiatives. I help mission-driven organizations turn ideas into structured, sustainable programs that building people-centered systems, clear workflows, and high-performing teams.

I consult nationally with nonprofits, public agencies, and community-based organizations on program design, leadership development, and organizational capacity building. I also serve as a Senior Lecturer in Human Services, where I teach and study the systems, equity, and conditions that help teams and communities thrive.
